continual enlargement of raw materials and of processes used to interpret new fashion trends.
Dyeing.
Denim diversifies itself from other cotton fabrics because it dyes the warp yarn before the weaving process. The technology and
the quality used for this process is fundamental in achieving the originality of the product. MONTEBELLO, considering this
department of the company strategic, has chosen to provide a highest productivity, superior to the actual needs.
Weaving.
In the choice of weaving machines we have always gone against the stream! We have never been convinced of the low cost solutions,
we always have privileged machines and lay-outs to emphasize the flexibility of the production. We are convinced that in today's
market and even more in tomorrow's, the availability of the product will be more valuable than a slight reduction of the costs.
Finishing and ennobling.
Our innovation is always pushed towards new motivations for the use of yarn dyed fabric, this is how the colours, Blumakò, De
Knit, and many others were born. The role of the finishing process is fundamental to recognise the major value of the product.
The classic denim producer does not have finishing. The investments and our know how that we have built up over the years are an
integral part of our image.
Quality Control.
It's not just the 100% control of our products with the issue of a quality certificate for each roll, it's an applied Culture in
every phase of the production process that guarantees the final result to our Customer. The certificated Quality Systems ISO 9002
and ISO 14001 show our respect for process control and environmently friendly production.
